The technicians are professional and polite, though they tend to keep conversation light—something I found refreshing as it lets you truly unwind and enjoy the service.

I initially stopped in to inquire about a gift package for my wife, but out of curiosity, I asked one of the technicians, Li Li, about getting my own cuticles cleaned up. The last time my cuticles received any attention was 30 years ago when my wife and her friend tried their best to “help” my nails—let’s just say I was overdue for some professional care.
Li Li inspected my nails, gave me a price, and I decided to try it. My memory of cuticle care was a long, hour-long soak, so I expected this would take some time. But Li Li was a pro. In under 10 minutes, she had trimmed my cuticles, cut and filed my nails, and finished with a protective oil and a soothing hand massage. I was genuinely impressed with how efficient and relaxing the experience was.
I was so impressed that I forgot to ask Ginger, the manager, about the gift package for my wife! But that’s a conversation for my next visit, which I plan to make soon—and this time, I’ll bring my wife along to experience it herself. She can pick out her gift, and maybe we’ll both indulge in a little self-care. With a cuticle fix this quick and enjoyable, their full range of services must be an absolute delight.
